I had my 1989 FXR in for an engine rebuild, carb rebuild, new forward controls installed, new clutch and brake cables installed. The bike is like new again and I just want to thank everyone at Kane's who made it possible.
This is the best place to go PERIOD !!! I have been dealing with Kanes and the owner since 83 and never had any issue with anyone . I dont live anywhere near the shop but will drive across the city to get an oring before id go to the other dealer which is down the road from me . Knowledgable helpful and considerate everytime . Kevin is always helpful and gets me the right part everytime. I remember once when the floods hit inglewood i had my front wheel getting a tire done and the shop was closed but when i called Mick he was there and he let me come down to get it so i could leave on my trip and said he would figure out what to pay when i got back ..

Just wanted to thank Danny for all his help during the rental process. I was on a tight schedule as I was leading a poker run and Danny's effiency with getting me out the door quickly allowed me to be on time. In addition I really appreciated Danny's safety briefing and tips for the FXDRS 114 that I rented it really helped. It was great service from start to finish.
I stopped in just recently while I was on route to Vancouver Island. I had been having a bit of trouble with my front brake light switch and wanted it fixed before I hit the heavy BC traffic. Rob Cochrane and one of his mechanics stopped what they were doing to get me on the road again. (sorry I can't remember the tech's name) Many thanks for this and for the work you did and for the super low price (free) to get me going. Kanes will be one of my stops any time I'm going thru Calgary.

Once again I want to pass on a well deserved THANK YOU to Sterling in service for doing a 5-star job on getting our new tour pak painted, rack/backrest attached and ready for us to install. He kept us well informed throughout the process and made sure we were satisfied at every step. He is the reason we keep coming back and have purchased all our bikes from Kanes.
Kanes has the best lay out of all dealerships I have been in. My wife and I liked the amount of products and clothes that Kanes has. I have never had so many choices, so we bought all new everything! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We even met the owner who introduced himself and told us to come to him if we had any questions. I will definitely go there again to shop.
Just wanted to say thankyou to Kane's H-D, and particularly to Nicole in Rentals, for a hassle-free experience renting a bike from you. Everyone was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and ready with advice. The bike was ready for us when we arrived, Nicole even loaned us some pannier bags for our stuff, and we were on the road within half an hour of arriving at the dealership. Thank you to Kane Harley Davidson for an awesome experience purchasing my first bike! Garth, Jenn, Chelsea, Mick and the whole team were terrific making me feel welcome to the HD family. They were even able to get me enrolled in new rider classes. If you are new to riding come see them they will see you through right! Oh and my new bike? A 2016 Iron 883 softail, she's a real beauty I had to kiss her when I got all the paperwork done!
I brought my bike in for a service and had all the gaskets and o-rings changed. Sterling got the bike in right away, and had tech Kiele do the work to it. Everything went as smooth as could be. The service was great and the tech was very informative. Kiele will be the only tech that works on my bike! Kane's service was great! 5 stars
Never had such incredible service when making a purchase. Mick spent hours going through the different types of bikes with myself and my father, we both ended up getting new bikes! Would recommend Kane's Harley Davidson to anyone looking at getting themselves into riding. The staff is incredibly helpful and passionate about what they sell. I really appreciate the service I got from Kanes Harley Dealership...I'm from Edmonton and I went to Calgary to ride and unfortunately my battery died...I called this dealership and even though they were closed because they had events going on at the shop... they still sent someone to come give me a boost...I give this place a 5 star!!!

OMG! We came for a shirt and left with shirts,belt buckle and rider bell for my new wife. I was also welcomed at the parts counter where the friendly staff helped me to find the parts I needed for my 1989 XL 1200. Which they had in stock. I am from south east SK, and I was so happy that we stopped in. SO happy that i am considering coming back to purchase my next bike. A+++++

I was interested in purchasing a motorcycle for the summer. I had been to other HD retailers in Calgary and was never greeted. When I did approach someone, they thought I was just there to kick tires. When I went to Kane's, I walked in and was immediately greeted by Rick. He showed me around and was very personable. I then asked for certain parts I was interested in adding once I purchase. He walked me over to Callum at the parts desk. Callum was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out all the parts I needed (and more hehe), and then provided me with a quote. I decided since the bike I wanted was in stock and I had such great service, I bought the bike. Rick, Jen and Garth processed my payment and provided me with great security and insurance options. I even went with the insurance company they recommended. Not only was the service top-notch, the people were all friendly and were there to cater to my exact needs. I am now proud to be part of the Harley Davidson family and CANNOT WAIT for the spring to come soon enough. Thank you everyone from Kane's. You'll be seeing a lot of me.
Garth and the staff were outstanding. This is my first new bike after 18 years . Do to having kids my riding came to an end, but when the wife said it was now ok to get a bike...it was like being a kid.....I never moved so fast...down to the bike show.....I always wanted a softail....then there she was....she called me over....I was in love at first sight! They call her the Breakout....The following week I stopped in at Kanes and there she was on your floor all in Black......Thanks to your team I walked out that day a proud Harley owner.....you all made my experience a memorable one!
I just recently purchased a used sportster but before I had purchased it I spent a good hour and a half at Kanes looking at bikes there. John in sales entertained me for the whole duration even though he probably knew I was just kicking tires. Sterling and Joe have been both extremely helpful giving me tips to winterize my bike and pricing out multiple things that I have to work on over the winter. Not only that but i came to do some Christmas shopping for my Dad and even the ladies upstairs helped me find something just right for my Dad. Absolutely love everything in this store and the people that work in it.
This is the place I would take my HD for any problem or any type of work that I had in mind for my bike. This is a class A place. There is no BS. They take care of any one that comes through the door.
Howdy, Just wanted to say that Sterling from the service department helped me out by in a big way by diagnosing my Dyna starting issue over the phone. (I was able to get going myself by changing out a relay vs trailering bike into shop from out of town). Keep up the good work Sterling. wm
Pretty difficult to rate any category at less than five stars! The dealership is outstanding and service has always been second to none. Having just recently purchased my third bike in the last nine years from Kanes, a 2013 Road Glide which is every bit as outstanding as I expected, I thought I should write and highlight why the purchase was made from Kanes. Certainly the sales staff are all very good, Jennifer and Garth were very helpful and Christine and Richard even helped to get this one perfect right out of the gate, which it is! There are many dealer choices in Alberta and other places, including two right here in Calgary, but there was never a doubt where I would purchase my new ride, Kanes! From the top down, riders helping other riders is what its like shopping at Kanes but the key differentiator for me is service. If the service department was not top notch the best sales efforts in the world would have fallen on deaf ears. The service department at Kanes has always been outstanding and they continue to deliver excellent service and honest advice. Whether its Stirling getting the order written up and bike checked in or Rob or Bruce pitching in with ideas and turning wrenches when required the service department has always been a good experience. I wouldnt trust my bikes to anyone but those guys and I wont buy a bike from anywhere else but Kanes. Youve got a great team Mick, but I suppose you already know that.

Picked up my new Dyna Wide Glide Saturday and gotta say I was equally excited and nervous to ride it home. It has been 20 years since I've been riding but I guess it's like riding a bike, haha, 20 minutes into the ride and it was like I never stopped riding at all and never will stop again. I'm always apprehensive when making a major purchase that once the product is paid for and delivered, the dealer won't provide good service. But I have to say that certainly is not the case with Kane's. I'm very pleased with everything since I've purchased my 2012 Deluxe. In particular, the service department is extremely cordial and efficient. They never refuse my dropping by their shop to take care of the minor "tweeks" that come in the first month or so of owning a new bike. It's been a pleasant experience dealing with Rob, Sterling, Bruce, Garth.... all nice people who are good at their jobs. No matter how busy they seem to be, they always take the time to explain things with patience and clarity. Richard and Christine in the parts department have been very helpful, as well as Trent in finace who helped me purchase my extended warrenty. And thanks to Jen who got it all started when I walked into Kane's looking for a new bike...she gave me a price I couldn't refuse. I'm looking forward to being a satisfied customer for years to come. My experience at Kane's was really good, well looked after I purchased a 2006 Dyna Wide Glide, Staff was very informative had one small issue but it was dealt with promtly and efficiant, I walked in not expecting anything day off from work so nothing else to do,,worse time to go window shopping. Within 10 minutes I was approved for my bike which surprised me considering what I went thru with other financing companies, just a bunch of crap, Harley Financing was quick efficiant and no bs, I would definatly reccomend to anyone purchasing a bike to condsider Kane's for their purchase, no hassle no bs just good service.
August 03, 2011: I just returned from a trip out west that was capped off by attendance at the 23rd Annual Ontario HOG Rally in Thunder Bay. Although I told many stories about the rides in the West and the beauty of the mountains, by far, the thing I've talked about most is my experience at Kane's HD in Calgary. I booked ahead of time for my first check up on my new Ultra Limited and unfortunately had a couple bolts bust off en route so they were fixed at the same time. Seems like the Service Manager, Rob Cochrane, and Mick, the owner that was at Dealer Meetings while I was there, have created a fabulous environment to be a part of even if it was only for a couple of hours. The dealer is unique in its location, unique in its design, unique in that it operates Kanes Cafe right across the alley, but most important, unique in the way that EVERY employee seems to be a part of this Kane's HD family. It's very obvious that the owner "looks out for their own" and that happens to include me, cause at Kane's customer's are part of the family!! Thanks for a great experince Rob! Just bought my first Harley and i must say of all the dealers I visited Kanes was the best and I looked from Vancouver to Regina. My only complaint and its a small one was the time I had to wait when I went to pick up the bike the rest of the experiance was top notch.
Recently had my bike in for an electrial problem and was impressed with the professionalism in the service area in particular Sterling was extremely helpful in explaiing the problem and numerous tips to avoid future issues. Thanks for the great job and treating me like an equal.

I dropped by Kanes in the spring of 2010 after attending a recent show. While I was there I met a guy on the floor who introduced himself to me as Mike. I let him know right away that I was just looking still and not quite sure which one I'd like. That being no problem Mike proceeded to spend the better part of 1 1/2 hours with me to answer all of my questions. When I left Kanes that day I felt pretty good about the experience. I had been into other HD shops and when I let them know up front I was just looking they basically walked away. So a year went by and I had made my decision, it was time. I called in to Kanes to get the paperwork started which is when I met Trent. He was great to deal with and helped to make the process something I will look back on as a positive. So I went in and met up with Mike & Trent and bought my "Bones", put a few goodies on it, now I'm waiting on spring (soon). I cannot say it enough regarding how good the whole experience has been. In my opinion Kanes is an excellent example of service. One last item. Kanes has been a household name in my family since I can remember. So I knew that I would go check it out when it was time. But for years other priorities had to come first so I waited. Well after waiting 20+ years to realize a dream I can honestly tell you it has finally come true. I will recommend Kanes without hesitation in the future and again a huge thank you to you all. Tony

I recently bought my first Harley. A 2007 Road King Classic. I did not buy it from a dealer purchased privately from out of province. I went to the other dealer in town who not only did not give me the time of day but were down right rude when they found out where I got my bike. I spoke to a couple of Harley owners I know and they all recommended Kanes. When I went there what a difference. They were helpful in every way. Got the bike out of provinced. Bought a bunch of gear. The guys and gals recommended some accessories that made the bike fit better. I am rather large. So far spent thousands and happy the other store has not seen a peeny of it.
The story I am Tom,my brother Chris flew in from toronto for a 4 day ride,through B.C on the first day out ,he had a rear blowout at about 110 kms just outside Revelstoke B.C.As the shock wore off we started calling roadside assistance,after about an hour he and the bike were taken to a local tire shop in hopes of getting a new tire,was'nt gonna happen,so we were left with only one choice tow the rental to kanes in Kelowna,wait til monday get a tire installed and ride home ....trip over! Enter Mick owner of KANES with a quick call to one of the many phone #'s on the answering service,Mick answers, wow the owner i was shocked he would take calls on a saturday night I explained the problem,he said he would look for a solution and call back.He did just that........this guy,this harley god went to his shop got a tire and went to greyhound to ship it out but they were closed,not happy with that he went around back found the bus that was coming our way spoke to the driver and we got the tire at 4;15 am Sunday morning,HOLY crap what service,he went there at 11:00 at night to do that for my bro so we could continue our ride to the mountains .we were back on the road by 10am thanks to very helpful people in Revelstoke,Mick and his care and concern for his customers.THANKS MICK !!!!!!!!!As far as we are concerned there is only one Harley dealer in Calgary,and KANES IS IT.

What a Dealership! On our way back from Alaska my FLHTCU gave birth to a grinding noise in the primary/tranny. While at Lake Louise I phoned both dealerships in Calgary. The way Sterling handled the call convinced me to go to Kane's. He was upfront and honest with no BS. We rolled in about 11:00am and Rob, the service manager immediately took my bike in. Turned out to be a bad transmission bearing and they had us on the road the next day at 2pm. Even though the bearing and to be bought in from Red Deer. This all happened on June 30th, July 1st. A special thanks to Sterling and the mechanic (sorry can't remember his name) for coming in on Canada Day to help us get back on the road. Rob and his crew in service work magic! I've already referred a couple of riders I met on the road to stop by Kane's. Classy dealership all around.
All the staff at Kanes are the best. They will strive to help you find what you need. Autumn in clothing always gets exactly what you are looking for and will go out of her way to help. The parts people are great and really know their stuff when it comes to looking for that special part or accessory for your bike. Rob and Sterling in service always make sure your bike is handled professionally and with care and return it on time. I have been to other dealerships and the staff at kanes beat them all hands down.
Let it be known that in my (& other biker aquaintances) mind(s) that Mick & Bob are top drawer. We have always been treated like gold & the service dept has always bent over bacwards to accomodate repairs, questions & concerns. Kanes HD is the ONLY dealership for me.......

I have to congratulate Kane's on the great experience I had purchasing my 09 Road King Classic. Starting with Jennifer who's foresight to provide me with 2009 pricing proved to be the deal maker as I was inquiring about a 2010 model. Then Ian stepped up to write the deal and gave me more information and answered all of my questions. Next was the parts counter where Nicole went to great lengths to ensure that I got exactly the right jacket I asked for. There were other staff (who's names I don't know) who were just as helpful right down to the gentlemen who greeted me at the door every time I came in. You should all be very proud of the service you give to your customers and I will recommend your shop to anyone who is looking to get on a Harley Davidson motorcycle.

I recently purchased a bike in Calgary that had been serviced at Kane's so I called them to pick it up, to go over it for me. Through all this I met Terry, Chris and Sterling. You guys raised the bar on customer service!! My bike is good to go and Kane's have a new customer.
The service department managed by Rob is second to none in my books. All my questions and wants were addressed professionaly without negative attitude as at some dealers. The work preformed by Fred was exactly what I wanted and I have enjoyed my custom 113 cu. in. with many comments through out last summer. It was everything that Fred said it would be and more. He is the only one that I would like to do custom work on my bike if needed in the future. Keep up the good work guys!

I just want to thank the service manager Rob for providing me with excellent service after purchasing my new bike at Kanes. I will definately be returning to Kanes for all my service needs in the future as a result of the care and attention Rob took when getting the work done. Coming to Banff this winter to pick my bike up and return it to me was a fantastic service to me as well and saved me a lot of hassle not to mention frostbite!!!! I appreciate very much!!!!
This was my second summer dealing with Kane's. They serviced my bike the way I wanted with no problems. Considering they had to work with all that construction going on, thats pretty impressive. Parts people also excellent. See ya' all next year.
Just a short note to thank Rob and his crew in that excellent service department. Arrived from out of town with an intermittant electrical problem. Had to come back again after the first time, but was taken right in. Chris the mechanic went after the short, fixed the wiring and I was on my way with a smile. Their attention to detail, communication with fair pricing was done with an happy outlook by everyone I came in contact with. Harley-Davidson definately should be proud of this shop. First let me say I've been ridding and therefore repairing Harley's since 1990 and with well over 100,000 miles "I'm from Texas" I think I can honestly say the service department at Kane's is the best I have ever dealt with. While traveling from Houston, TX to Fairbanks, AK I developed a knock in my engine. They took my bike in immediately. The mechanic Fred "sorry no last name" worked on my bike until he had diagnosed the problem, worn pistons and cylinders from work I had done at home, and repaired the the motor. Fred came in early and even worked on his day off to get me on the road asap. I have never seen or heard of that before. The service writer even called a cab and recommended a good hotel. Fred was eager to keep me informed and showed and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Everyone was polite friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable considering the amount of work done. You always worry about taking a bike in for work at an unknown " to me" dealer but my experience with Fred and Kane's H.D. was better than I could have imagined. If we only had dealers like this in Texas...
Bought my first Harley at your store, had it serviced at the "other store" because of geography more than anything else, BUT... when it comes to talking to sales staff, from the owner taking me to see a used bike, to a sales person taking me to the basement to view a bike, why would I buy or service anywhere else.

Kanes has worked on three of my Harley's and sold me the last two new bikes. As someone who travels extensively and can't pass a Harley store without a visit, I can say that most stores are run very professionly. Kane's from the owner on down takes it up a notch. From service, to parts, to the front end and the management, they seriously care about their customers. What more can you ask?

Having dealt with the "other" Harley shop in town, it was extremely refreshing to come to Kanes and be treated with respect. The advice and treatment of the sales staff was exceptional, but what really got my wife and I hooked on Kanes was the parts staff. They are knowlegable, friendly and dont feed you a line if they dont know the answer. Mike Livingston is the reason we continue to deal with Kanes. His friendly, positive and outgoing personality make it a pleasure to come to Kanes for all of our parts. Mikes knowledge of what he sells brings confidence to every purchase I make. I just wanted to follow up my earlier comments about the rather rocky purchase experience I had. The Owner Mick contacted me directly and we had a great chat. Since then I have had my bike in for two scheduled services and one stranded incident when the bike quit working. Then there was the time my shock blew up. You guys were unbelievable! The service dept headed up by Rob was insanely focused on getting me back on the road. Rob actually did the work himself on the shock as I was on my way to Saskatoon. I have owned several bikes are the years but never a Harley. From here on in based on the service that I have received from you guys at Kanes that is what i will be driving from here on in. You guys are an 11 out of 10!!!! Thanks again guys! Scott
During the summer I made the short trip into Calgary to help my daughter who was looking for a used motorcyle. We parked the bike and as I normally do, locked the steering on my Ultra Classic. We came back a short while later, unlocked the switch and "oh no" the steering remained locked. No amount of jiggling or locking and unlocking would free the steering. I called the dealership where I had purchased the bike in 2005 and they were mystified. I then called both Dealers in Calgary and the responses I got really made it clear as to who was interested in servicing a Harley owner in need. Calgary Harley wanted to know if I bought the bike there and when I said no, they said the earliest they could look at it was in a month. I couldn't even have the bike towed there as they had no room and even if they did, they would charge me for storage. Then I phoned Kanes and got Doug in the service dept. It was now 3:30pm and Doug said that they close a 4:00pm. I told him I was waiting for a tow truck to come and he asked what time I thought I would be able to get the bike there and my response was between 4:30 and 5:00pm to which Doug replied that he would stay there until we got there with the bike. As it turned out, we did not get there until 5:30pm and as Doug had said, he was there waiting for us. On Monday afternoon, Woody called me to tell me that my bike was all fixed and explained the problem fully and since it was warranty, there was no charge. Congratulations Mickey to you and your service team for remembering that sometimes us Harley folks get in a jam and need some help. My sincere thanks to Doug Cooper for taking time out of his Saturday evening to lend a hand and get me riding in a straight line again and to Woody for being so accomodating. I apologize for not making these comments about a month ago. On a recent trip I experienced a problem on the road through Calgary, I arrived in Calgary late Friday night with a clicking in my engine. I called Kane's Saturday morning and explained my situation, I was told if I could be down to the shop by 10:00am they would have a look at it. I got to their shop around 9:30am and before I could shut my bike down there were 2 techs out on the lot looking at it. They got it in the shop within minutes and started working on it. The job took quite some time to diagnose and correct but I was kept informed of every detail through out the day. By the end of the day I was happily back on the road. I do not know how to express my gratitude to Rob Cochrane and his staff, in a day and age where customer care and service is not common place I was totally impressed. You guys are awesome. Living with the 2008 Anniversary Wide Glide. Still no complaints with my purchase as the bike is running great and there have been no issues what so ever. The Wide Glide still amazes me with how well it handles considering the raked out front end, it appears Harley Davidson have done all the homework on this one. The bike is continuing to break in in terms of suspension and motor, it is very responsive and never misses a beat. Transmission is wonderful without any false neutrals or missed shifts and is extremely tight. I would definately purchase another Harley based on my experience with this Anniversary Wide Glide, and I would absolutely purchase it from Kanes. All the best and ride safe!
Want everyone to know that the service from a Lady in motorclothes was outstanding, she not only made me laugh, she infact made my day as i was not having a good day at all.Helaina not only fitted me with all my needs she was very forth coming in letting me know what she thought of my choices on weather they looked good on me or not, it was very refreshing to have someone who would tell me the truth and not just be concerned on getting the sale, i would have to say i love everything WE chose and would recommend Kane's for all their clothing needs, Cheers to you Helaina and cheers to Kane's for having you.
I use to be a regular customer of another H-D shop until one day i decided to check out Kanes H-D IN Inglewood, the minute i walked in I was greeted not only by a very nice man at the front but by all employees as each saw me. It was a very nice feeling to see big smiles and the employee's giggling and joking about with each other along with the customer'S they were serving. The store was huge , i spent an hour just walking and looking at all they had to offer.A lady with long hair offered to help me on my clothing and i must say she has a great sence of humor. Stunning! I will certainly be returning in the future for all my harley needs, thanks to Kane's.
I bought an 07 Night Train from a private sale. The guy I bought it from didn't like the maintenance from the "other" Harley dealer. A buddy of mine recommended Kanes for purshasing a new bike and their warranty maintenance service. I needed work done on this bike so I tried Kanes. Got my bike back a couple of days later as promised, but no big deal. because all I was concerned was getting the bike back [fixed, clean, and not scratched or dented.] which is what I got. After purchasing my bike from a local competitor the bike gave me nothing but grief with problems(built on a monday)After several attempts to repair the problem with other service agents Kanes Harley Davidson was the only shop who would in teh end repair the problem as they took the time to get to the problem of the bike instead of doing quick fixes like the other shops seemed to want to do.Kanes was also the only shop to stand by there work 200 percent as when stranded due to an original problem from the bike sent out a driver to pick me and the bike up from KALISPELL,MONTANA from Calgary.YOU WONT GET THAT SERVICE FROM ANY SHOP LOCAL TO US EVER!!!!So before purchasing your new bike,consider your service work and who you want to do it

Hello A few observations about my new 2008 Harley Wide Glide 105th Anniversary. 1-Great handling 2-Great tractable power 3-Transmission is great, shifts beautifully, no noise from the tranny, power train is great 3-Firm but not harsh suspension 4-Overall quality is great I would tell anybody who is thinking about a Harley or any other bike to do your homework and don't just go by what you read on the net. A good example is the infamous Harley 6 speed tranny noise. What noise!! My bike shifts perfect with no noises out of the ordinary at all. You have to wonder if 99% of the people who write about various problems have even ridden the bike in question. Don't let others make up your mind for you, do your home work and then book a test ride. Can't wait for the great weather to start!! Cheers, Francesco
Today I bought my first Harley Davidson. It's a 2008 Dyna Wide Glide Anniversary Edition. I had started dealing with Jimmy and he was very helpful and great. However when I arrived at the dealership Jimmy was all tied up with a client and he gave me the go ahead to talk with Carl who was also fantastic to deal with. Carl and I spent the next hour or so talking about all the various models and characteristics they offered in terms ride, handling, etc..In the end I bought the Wide Glide and I'm very happy about it. I was very impressed with the fact that there was no obvious competition between the Jimmy or Carl or the various sales people I had encountered. This was great because I was not made to feel uncomfortable at all. All the staff appear to be very up to speed on all the models and on Harley Davidson in general. I give Kanes and all the various staff a full 5 star rating out of 5 and I can't wait for the great weather to start. Cheers, Frank

I owned Harleys since the late 60's .For years now when I'm at the parts counter I find myself not wanting to leave .Everyone working there is in such good spirits and joking around that it's contagious.I'm always in a great mood when I leave ,even when they don't have the part I want. Latley Iv'e been working on a 59 pan,so this happens quite often. Another thing I notice ,they offer to find me the obsolete part and call me when they do ..Good service..

Anytime I need something new for myself or my bike all I need to do is make one phone call to the shop and it's done.I come down pick it up or order it over the phone. I would tell anybody and everybody the only place you need to go for anything for your H.D is Kane's ,I will keep coming to buy from you guys all the time .Keep up the great work.
I am just about to start riding, as a female and over 50 and went to Kane's on Friday, March 16th 2007. Danielle not only fitted me properly with my riding gear, but "educated" me a little more as well. There was an item that did not fit properly and I brought it back on the following Sunday...a new girl Jill went to the back of the shop many times to find the right size and belt that I preferred to exchange the other one with as well as being intelligent and personable way beyond her years. Most importantly, Danielle was there as well and not only remembered my first name, but my last name as well...This to me is the pure epitomy of service and personability as well as quality of service and products that most likely brings not only the most seasoned veterans of this sport back, but the newbies like myself that want to be a part of your community...thank you very much....Karen Kinswater

I'm still amazed at the level of service and friendliness of each and every staff member I've had contact with. The number of staff that new our names the day after we bought our bike was astounding. I've never before experienced a store where everyone takes the time and actually makes you feel like an old friend. You folks are the best, which in turn translates to customer loyalty.

Excellent service right from Mick on down. Howard went out of his way to help with my purchase and Doug and the guys in service did a great job on my first service getting me on the road back to Edmonton in less that 3 hrs. All in all a great experience
The knowledgeable and friendly staff combined with the availability of so many models makes shopping at Kane's a real pleasure. The service department has always been outstanding.
They did a bar change and an ignition switch move and the quality of the work was totally awesome, thanks for the excellent work!!
